Stamping machines
Manually and pneumatically operated stamping machines are used in workshops, as well as in small and medium-sized serial production. The ease of use, sophisticated design and the extensive range of stamps available for marking allow for many universal applications.
The high adjustable impact performance is achieved with little effort. The stamping machines offer a large tolerance range at the part height.
Borries stamping machines are available with tools and special workpiece fixtures.

Why are stamping machines indispensable tools in industrial manufacturing?
Stamping machines are indispensable because they can be used in a wide range of industrial applications. They are widely used in everything from workshop production to small and medium-scale series production. Their popularity is based on their ease of use, their robust construction and the wide range of accessories and stamping tools available.
What are the benefits of stamping machines in industrial production?
The design of stamping machines ensures not only a long service life but also reliable operation. In industrial production, where precision and efficiency are crucial, these features are of the highest importance.
How versatile are stamping machines?
The extensive range of available stamping tools, such as type holders and numbering heads, makes BORRIES stamping machines extremely versatile. These tools can be customised to meet specific requirements. From marking components to personalising products, stamping machines offer a wide range of applications.
How does the marking process work with stamping machines?
The lever moves the impact spindle, which holds the marking tool, against the workpiece. The impact spring inside the spindle is compressed and stores energy. When a threshold value is reached, the spring is released, transferring the energy to the tool and creating the mark. The impact force is generated by a heavy piston that is slammed against the tool.
How flexible are stamping machines?
The infinitely adjustable striking force of stamping machines allows them to be adapted to different materials and part heights. The operator can adjust the impact force as required to achieve optimal results.
What role do accessories play in stamping machines?
Thanks to their ease of use and the wide range of type holders, engraving and pin stamps, and numbering heads available, they open up a wide range of applications.
